Infrastructure Service Manager vacancy for our Baden based client in the Other sector.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for Printer Service Management
• Support IS Infrastructure Team in various tasks
• Implement operation processes with new printer service provider
• Stabilise printing services and set up printer reporting page
• Coordinate local activities for global projects
• Manage high severity incidents as Manager on Duty

Your experience/knowledge:

• Minimum 3 years in IS Infrastructure Service Management
• Experience in Printer Contract and Service Provider Management
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of Server and Storage systems and operations
• Language skills: German and English - fluent

Your soft skills:

• Good communicator
• Target focused
• Team player
