Project & Technical Support:Assist in processing lab requests: collect missing verify technical needs, prepare and checklists.Conduct basic space measurements (m , furniture footprint, access points) and prepare simple layout sketches.Support in preparing documents for small or works (plans, descriptions, photos).Follow up with internal stakeholders (DSE, technical services, users) to ensure tasks of Moves, Space & Access:Support lab and office moves (collect needs, layouts).Manage furniture requests, deliveries, and follow-up.Prepare and space records in STI-IN access rights to buildings, labs, and shared facilities (collect submit requests, track Onboarding Support for New Professors & Groups:Assist in preparing onboarding initial lab setup needs (first equipment, access, signage, room X all actions to ensure a smooth Daily & Follow-Up:Manage small infrastructure requests in with technical teams.Maintain internal signage, and shared inventory (scientific equipment, signage, furniture).Draft meeting minutes and summarize decisions.ProfileBachelor in architecture, construction, facility management, engineering, or equivalent; or CFC/ technical diploma2-4 years of experience in a project assistant, or technical role (construction, facility management, lab support, or engineering environment is a plus).Excellent ability to prioritize, and strong to detail.Service-oriented mindset, proactive, reliable, and calm X .Comfortable with technical discussions electrical needs, layouts), basic level.Proficient with IT tools (Excel, SharePoint, project trackers).Fluent in French and offerA dynamic and multicultural work environment within a multidisciplinary institution of renownThe opportunity to take part in large-scale, and diverse working conditionsOpportunities for continuous training and Start : as soon as possibleActivity Min : 80,00Activity Max : 100,00Contract Type: CDIReference: jid2a4eb0caen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
