At the heart of a privileged environment, less than an hour from Lausanne or Bern, Pays-d'Enhaut is renowned for the quality of its living environment and offers a very wide range of sports, leisure, and cultural activities to enjoy in both summer and winter!For its Infrastructure sector, the Pôle Santé du Pays-d'Enhaut is looking for a: Infrastructure Manager 80 to 100% workload, starting April 1 or to be agreed upon Your mission: Your mission is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the infrastructures at the Pôle Santé du Pays-d'Enhaut. You supervise the maintenance of equipment, ensure emergency interventions, and participate in regulatory and infrastructure work. Responsibilities: - Ensure service continuity of technical systems - Organize, carry out, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance - Manage maintenance in coordination with the Regulatory System Manager and oversee the safety of the facilities - Supervise the maintenance of medical equipment in coordination with teams and participate in outdoor infrastructure maintenance work - Use and administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for intervention tracking - Implement energy-saving and sustainable development actions - Manage and coordinate the technical team - Participate in budget planning and monitoring - Participate in the on-call service (maximum response time of 45 minutes) and be willing to intervene outside of working hours Your profile: - In the technical field (CFC, federal certificate as a maintenance agent, diploma in Safety Officer for the domain of fire protection AEAI or willing to follow training) - Confirmed stress management skills and ability to prioritize in emergency situations - Sense of responsibility, reliability, and team spirit - Sense of public service and safety We offer: - An opportunity to develop an integrated care model involving the collaboration of various healthcare professionals - Work in a pleasant environment within a small structure - The advantages of mountain living while remaining close to urban centers (to be discovered under) - Working conditions compliant with the Vaud Collective Labor Agreement (13th month salary, 5-6 weeks of vacation per year, etc.) Please send your complete application (CV, cover letter, diplomas, and work certificates) via Jobup. jide3450cbaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
