Infrastructure Lead - O365, Azure, Cybersecurity, Networking, Desktop Support, Vendor Management, Infrastructure Transformation

A Senior Infrastructure professional with experience and knowledge across the entire infra field (Cloud, Networking, Security, Desktop etc.) is sought after by a Lloyds Market Insurance business.
Your role will be to lead on infrastructure strategy for Cloud, Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, whilst also still contributing from a hands-on perspective.
You will regularly engage with the board/exec committee, providing updates on strategy and initiatives, performance and risk, ensuring clear plans are in place as the business continues to scale via organic growth.
This position would suit someone from a Desktop/1st line Support background who has progressed through Server Admin and Engineering into a leadership role (or looking to step up). You will also require deep expertise in O365.

Additional skills to be successful:
Vendor management capabilities ie handling relationships with Infrastructure MSPs
An understanding of Cybersecurity and how to implement best practises within O365 and Azure
An appreciation of networking, Firewalls and Switches
Previously delivered infrastructure transformation projects at scale within a highly regulated industry
