The team regularly advises global clients on a broad range of financing and transactional matters, including secured lending, bond financing, tax leasing, and business and portfolio acquisitions and disposals. The work is often highly structured, cross-border and commercially significant, requiring lawyers who enjoy cutting through complex issues and developing innovative, practical solutions. The successful candidate will gain exposure to market-leading work across all stages of project development and operation. Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
• Have 4-6 years' PQE at a leading project finance practice.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
