Responsibilities:

• Supporting Microsoft environments across Windows Server, AD, RDS, Exchange & Hyper-V
• Handling a wide range of support queries (1st-3rd line) via phone, email, and ticketing
• Troubleshooting complex network issues (Firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, etc.)
• Maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Working on customer projects and systems upgrades
• Occasionally visiting UK data centres and participating in out-of-hours work (paid overtime)

Skills/Must have:

• VMWare
• Hyper-V
• M365
• Driver's License and own Vehicle
• Ideally MSP Experience

Salary:

• £35,000 - £43,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
