We're working with a global financial market infrastructure provider looking for an Associate Vice President - Infrastructure Application Support (Linux, AWS, IBM MQ, Swift, WebSphere, PostgreSQL, Python) to join their London team.
The role
-
2nd line support for critical Linux/UNIX & AWS applications.

Support business-critical in-house & 3rd-party systems (Dev - Prod).

Troubleshoot across AWS (EC2, Lambda, EKS, S3, RDS, Route53), IBM MQ, Swift, Tomcat, SSL Certs.

Collaborate with Dev, Engineering & Service Ops teams.

Part of on-call rotation & DR testing.
What you'll need
-
Strong experience with RHEL, AWS, IBM MQ, Swift, WebSphere, PostgreSQL/DB2.

Scripting in Shell/Python.

Knowledge of ITIL & ServiceNow.

Proven background supporting production-critical environments
Certifications in AWS, RHEL, IBM MQ or ITIL are a plus.
