About the Role
As an Information Analyst, you'll work within the Customer-to-Bill (CtB) process chain - including customer registration, contracting, and invoicing - at a leading energy infrastructure company. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to analyze and shape IT services that align with business needs and architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and model current and future CtB business processes, information flows, and system interactions
- Translate business requirements into clear and structured IT solution designs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to shape and implement services
- Produce detailed functional designs and documentation
- Reverse-engineer existing code to extract calculation logic (e.g. contracts, invoicing rules) when needed
- Contribute to alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO level)
- 5+ years of experience as Information Analyst / Functional Designer
- Proven ability to translate business processes into IT solutions
- Strong skills in process modeling and data modeling
- Understanding of the energy/gas domain is a strong plus
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect
- Familiarity with TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar architectural frameworks
- Experience with billing, contract logic, and customer operations in the energy sector
