Job Description

Abbott AlinIQ Digital Health Solution is dedicated to IT solutions for medical analysis laboratories. Present in hospital and private laboratories, our solutions optimize laboratory performance.

Missions
  • You assist our clients, by phone or by remote control, in the resolution of incidents on our IT solutions. For France and the Benelux.
  • You are the first-level contact for our clients, you can rely on senior application engineers to resolve complex incidents.
  • You occasionally participate in the implementation of our systems in collaboration with the field teams
  • A technical expert focused on end-to-end delivery of the Abbott AlinIQ Digital Health applications. Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also have excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines
  • 01 years of experience preferred installing, configuring and/ or maintaining informatics applications
  • Or relevant comparable experience (e.g. lab technician with experience in operating analytical equipment, performing sample registration, releasing patient sample results, and handling laboratory information systems).
  • English: good level
Special Skills & Knowledge
  • Able to execute assigned tasks satisfactorily with a high degree of commitment and quality, independently
  • Technical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project/ SmartSheet
  • Ability to train customers in a peer-to-peer approach and convey best practices
Key Competencies & Desirable skills
  • Understanding of database applications and their use in business application
  • Understanding of Windows Server administration and network security
  • Analytical mindset to understand processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer facing capabilities

Operational
  • Execute project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigation Deliver user trainings on Abbott Analyzers Connection Middleware ALinIQ AMS on an ongoing basis Establish and maintain good customer relationship with key customers
  • Configure and integrate products to customer specifications
  • Provide customer support assistance, as needed
  • Revise and keep up to date, all project documents and systems of record Participate in team and customer meetings effectively
  • Be available for potential shift work and travel to client sites up to 30% of the time
