Infant School Finance & Operations Leader

Marston Green Infant Academy in Solihull is seeking an efficient, forward-thinking Business Manager to lead the school's financial and operational functions.

The role requires experience in financial and administrative management within an education setting, excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets, purchasing and reporting. You will oversee personnel files, SCR and staff recruitment, supervise site maintenance and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
