Industrials M&A Analyst - Corporate Finance & Modeling

Jobtailor is seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of investment banking experience within M&A advisory to prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information. You will create financial models, value companies, and coordinate due diligence for industrials clients, while building client relationships and managing presentations to senior stakeholders.

You will lead engagements, supervise junior staff, and assist in marketing and planning, contributing to confidential memoranda
