Role: Industrial Supervisor
Location: Sizewell B
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + Benefits Package
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday - 08:00-16:30
Friday - 08:00-14:00

Dalkia is looking for a dedicated Industrial Supervisor to join our team at Sizewell B. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic industrial environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading a team of 30, including FLT Drivers, Industrial Operatives, Gardeners, and Chargehands
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Overseeing industrial cleaning tasks across the site, including pumps, tanks, pressure washing, and general site cleanliness

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing teams in an industrial or similar setting
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards
• Ability to write clear, comprehensive risk assessments
