The INMO is seeking an Industrial Relations Executive based in our Dublin Office to service our growing membership in the Dublin North & North East, which covers members working in:

• Dublin North, Cavan, Monaghan Meath, Louth

IRE Salary Scale (€59,122 - €76,856) together with an attractive package of benefits

The INMO, as the largest professional union for Nurses and Midwives, represents circa 40,000 members in all disciplines and areas of the Irish health service.

The Organisation provides a full range of services including industrial relations, professional advocacy, professional policy, regulatory support, and continuing education. TheINMOiscommittedtoprovidinganexcellentservice toitsmembersonallcollectiveand individualmatters,andtomatchourgrowingmembership,we mustexpandourindustrialrelationsteam.

General:

WithintheINMO'sindustrialstaffstructure, theIndustrialRelationsExecutivewillreporttotheDirectorof IndustrialRelationsandbeaccountable on adaily basistotheAssistantDirectorofIndustrialRelations.

Arelevantthird-levelqualification

Demonstrablecommitmenttotradeunionismandsocialjustice

Excellentorganisational,communication,andteamworkskills

Experienceinnegotiationandrepresentinggroupsandindividuals,includingwherecollectiveand individualrightshavepotentialconflicts

Validfull DrivingLicence

Understandingofnationalandinternationaldevelopmentsinnursingandmidwifery.
