Industrial Engineer (Associate) - Process Improvement Lead

FedEx is seeking an Industrial Engineer for its Europe Planning & Engineering team in Ireland. You will analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance and Business teams to drive productivity and operational excellence.

You will map processes, develop SOPs, and lead initiatives across Europe, partnering with IT, Finance and Regulatory to deliver scalable solutions while travel to FedEx locations in Europe may be required.
