One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an Industrial Construction Project Manager.

Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead projects focused on duplicating and optimizing production lines within the defence sector. You will work on the structural aspects of industrial buildings and collaborate closely with on-site teams to improve line efficiency and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee construction and layout work for industrial building structures.

Work directly with operators on the production floor to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead the replication of existing production lines at the Liège and Antwerp sites.

Manage technical, budgetary, and scheduling aspects of the project.

Coordinate with stakeholders in both French and English.

Profile:

Industrial engineer in construction or industrial site supervisor.

Experience in industrial environments, ideally within the defense sector.

Strong field presence and ability to communicate effectively with operators.

Fluent in French (working language on site) and proficient in English.

Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and leadership skills.

- Work Location: Liège (Belgium)

- 5 days on client site - no remote
