Industrial Cleaner

Our client, a reputable and growing business based in Grantham, is currently seeking an Industrial Cleaner to join their team on an immediate basis.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy industrial environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring work areas, machinery, and equipment are kept clean, safe, and operational.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out industrial cleaning duties across the site, including work areas and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery, tools, and production areas to a high standard
• Removing waste, debris, and residue in line with company procedures
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Reporting any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to supervisors
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Person Specification

• Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a demanding environment
• Reliable, punctual, and available for an immediate start
