Industrial Cleaner - Temp-to-Perm, 12h Rotating Shifts

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting a reliable Cleaner for a busy manufacturing site in Redditch. This 12-hour shift role is full-time, temp-to-perm with a rotating weekly pattern.

You will maintain high cleanliness standards across toilets, canteen, offices and communal areas, and support waste disposal and supplies management. The position requires prior commercial/industrial cleaning experience, reliability, and ability to start at 6:00am.
