Individual Giving Manager

Our client is a national charity dedicated to supporting seriously ill young adults aged by creating meaningful experiences that bring joy, connection and lasting memories during incredibly challenging times. Since its founding in 1999, the organisation has delivered over 23,500 Special Days, Breaks and Treats, helping beneficiaries and their loved ones focus on quality time and moments of happiness. With ambitious plans to grow and double the number of experiences delivered by 2029, the charity is entering an exciting period of expansion, with individual giving playing a key role in achieving this vision and Prospectus are delighted to be supporting with the search.

The Individual Giving Manager will lead and grow a key income stream, driving forward a creative, data-led programme across regular giving, appeals, legacy and in-memory giving. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape and scale activity, build meaningful supporter relationships, and deliver compelling campaigns that inspire long-term support. Blending strategy with hands-on delivery, you ll manage budgets, analyse performance, and continuously refine supporter journeys to maximise income and engagement.

The organisation is looking for someone with strong individual giving experience who knows how to turn insight into impact. You ll be a confident communicator and skilled storyteller, able to craft compelling asks and build lasting relationships with donors. Organised, proactive and collaborative, you ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with CRM systems, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment all underpinned by a genuine passion for the charity's mission.
