The Role

We are seeking an Indirect Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join our growing team. You will advise on VAT and other indirect tax matters arising on complex real estate transactions and M&A activity, working with large corporates, funds, developers and institutional investors.

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in building a modern, conflict-free tax advisory firm - shaping workflows and working directly with senior leaders and high-profile clients in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

What We're Looking For

• CTA, ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (or equivalent experience in VAT)
• Strong UK VAT technical expertise, with exposure to international indirect tax issues
• Experience advising large or listed businesses on indirect tax matters
• Understanding of digital reporting developments and evolving VAT compliance requirements
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality technical advice
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, practical advice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing client relationships and junior team members (for Manager/Senior Manager level)
• A collaborative mindset aligned with our culture
