Indian Cuisine Chef de Partie - On-Site, Night Shifts

DO&CO is seeking an experienced Indian Specialist Cuisine Chef to join our luxury airline catering team. You will oversee the preparation and production of authentic Indian dishes, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency across all menus.

In this leadership role, you will supervise, train, coach, and motivate the kitchen team, develop menus with the Executive Chef, and maintain food safety, cost control, and operational procedures in a fast-paced, discerning environment.
