Independent Safety Assurance Manager

We are recruiting for an Independent Safety Assurance Manager to join our team!

The Independent Safety Assurance Manager provides independent safety assurance and challenge to the Accountable Manager on the effectiveness of ANSL's Safety Management System (SMS) and the safety of Air Traffic Management (ATM) services, ensuring appropriate separation between management system delivery and independent safety oversight.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and with independent access to the Board, the postholder ensures that ANSL's safety and security of service, compliance, and delivery practices remain robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory and organisational requirements.

This role can be undertaken on a part-time or full time basis.
