Flame Health's Optometry division has an exciting opportunity for an Optical Practice Manager - a qualified Dispensing Optician (DO) - to join an innovative and growing independent company with branches across the country.

The manager will bring excellent current DO and management skills, a warm persona and an ability to engage and build rapport with patients, operating effectively and positively as a team player, and determining the best solutions for clients while assisting in all aspects of practice management.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, train and develop the team.
• Manage performance.
• Ensure that the practice adheres to and achieves all operational standards set.
• Manage all aspects of the practice rota.

Additional responsibilities may include overseeing the appointment system, inventory, financial targets and supporting staff rotation.

Qualifications

Qualified Dispensing Optician (DO) with strong leadership and practice management experience.
