Independent Learning Assistant

Dorset Council is seeking an Independence Assistant to work as a teaching assistant supporting professionals across the curriculum at The Lion Works School in Poole, England. You will directly assist students in their learning, providing vital 1:1 support and intervention.

The ideal candidate will work with class teachers to implement support strategies that create an outstanding student experience, promote personal development, and ensure high standards in safeguarding and wellbeing.
