Job Description
Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for Leaving Care Personal Advisors in Birmingham. You will work with care leavers aged 18-25, supporting them towards independent adulthood and coordinating plans with professionals.
Ideally you have experience in leaving care, caseload management, safeguarding, and multi agency collaboration. You will help with accommodation, education, employment, benefits and other services while maintaining detailed records.
