Independent End-Point Assessor - Early Years Educator

Pearson is recruiting an Independent End-point Assessor for Early Years Practitioner (Level 2) and Early Years Educator (Level 3) in the Northampton area. The role involves onsite EPA assessments aligned to apprenticeship standards, with independence from training providers and transparency in grading decisions.

You will familiarise with assessment plans, participate in standardisation, travel to employer sites, and submit EPA outcomes with reasons.
