Independent Chef - Seasonal, Ingredient-Led Kitchen

Cultar Restaurant Group in Glasgow is seeking a Chef for The Caravan Shop to join a small, hands-on team. You will run the kitchen independently on many shifts, handle prep and service, maintain standards and organise, and manage stock and ordering.

The role emphasises reliability, good communication and taking responsibility for your own section, with the chance to contribute to seasonal menu changes and development.
