Independent Chair, Armed Forces Pension Board

The Pension Board seeks an experienced chair to lead governance for Armed Forces pension schemes. You will work with the Scheme Manager and key stakeholders, including Ministers and DBS, to ensure compliance with regulations and promote transparency.

You will establish agenda cadence, oversee decision records, and drive equality, efficiency and public accountability in board operations, reporting annually to the Scheme Manager.
