Incoming Quality Inspector

- Maintains the quality standard of incoming inspection.
- Maintains all records of incoming inspection.
- Maintains the non-conformances of in-process & incoming parts.
- Follow health and safety instruction and safe working procedure as per LIMS.
The position is responsible to:
1. Sr. supplier quality inspector.
2. To test the units as per the Quality Control Instruction
3. Work with team and take continuous improvement initiatives and make suggestions for any improvements.
Key AccountabilitiesDescription of the Accountability Performance Indicators (How accountability is measured)
- Incoming inspection & LIIS
- Non-conformance
- New developments sample inspection and documentation
- In-house new project parts inspection
- Provide all data and support
- Processing solving & RCA
- Support the recovery of cost of poor quality for new suppliers
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3 Years of hands-on experience in mechanical & electrical parts inspection or any other machined/ assembly parts manufacturing industries.
Use of CMM measurement equipment
Job Specific SkillsKnowledge in machined and assembly parts inspections. In-dept knowledge in first angle, 3rd angel projection drawings. Geometric dimensions symbols, welding symbols and ISO tolerance.
Good team player with good communication skill & ready to learn attitude.
