Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Provide high quality customer service via phone, email, and face to face contact
• Support customers with rent queries, payments, and arrears management
• Promote payment plans and maximise income collection through early intervention
• Identify vulnerable customers and signpost to appropriate support services
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems in line with procedures
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes
• Ensure a professional, supportive, and solution focused approach at all times
