Inclusive Employment Advisor

Portland College invites applications for a Pathways Advisor based at Worksop (S80). The role involves managing a caseload of customers, delivering personalised employment guidance, and developing tailored employability plans.

You will engage with employers to create inclusive opportunities and promote Disability Confident initiatives across Nottinghamshire. You will conduct assessments, support job searches and CV writing, and maintain records to meet quality and audit requirements.
