Inclusion Youth Worker - Holiday & Activity Programs

Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking casual, energetic staff to support SEND Inclusion Projects during school holidays and weekends. You will help young people aged 5 to 19, join trips, outings and residentials, and create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.

You should be aged 20 or over, be friendly and patient, and comfortable working with young people with additional needs. Reliability, flexibility and teamwork are essential, and enthusiasm matters as much as experience.
