Inclusion Mentor for Youth Education & Support

SfYP Inclusion Mentor role within Hertfordshire Services for Young People, based in Stevenage and St Albans, is a permanent, 37-hour-per-week post. Starting salary £32,578, progressing to £35,570 per annum, with opportunities for progression within the Children's Services directorate.

You'll work with vulnerable young people to address barriers to learning, liaising with families, schools and partner professionals to enable successful transitions to adulthood.
