Inclusion Administrator/ Parent Liaison

Working Pattern: Term time only + Inset days
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm
Actual Starting Salary (pro rata): £20,635 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.
The Burgess Hill Academy is seeking a committed and organised Inclusion Administrator / Parent Liaison to support our SEND provision. This is a rewarding role working closely with the SENCO, support staff, students, and families to ensure every learner receives the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate pupil passports and SEN provision records
- Support coordination of SEND provision
- Assist with EHCP documentation and annual reviews
- Support vulnerable students and contribute to intervention planning
- Liaise with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies (e.g. CAMHS)
- Help coordinate access arrangements for exams
- Build strong relationships with families and support parent communication
- Assist with the running of our SEN area - The Haven
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) essential
