Inbound/Outbound Customer Advisor - Upsell & IT-Savvy

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Customer Contact Centre Advisor for our client around the outskirts of Southampton. You will be part of the inbound and outbound bookings team, delivering excellent phone-based customer service and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have experience in contact centres or strong customer service ethos, with IT proficiency and the ability to upsell where appropriate. Full-time hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am-17:00pm (with a Part-time option available).
