Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Weekend Working - 16 hours, working Saturday and Sunday
Start Date: Monday, 14th September 2026 - You will need to be available to work 4 Full Weeks until 12th October, then revert to every Weekend.

The Role:
Are you confident speaking to customers and enjoy helping people find the right products?

We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated Inbound Telephone Sales Advisors to join the team in Loughborough.

You'll be speaking to customers who have already shown an interest in products by visiting the website. You'll understand what each customer is looking for, recommend the right products and services, and support them through the purchasing process.

Whether you already have sales or customer service experience, or you're looking to start a career in sales, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Working Hours: You'll work 16 hours per week

• Every Weekend - Saturday + Sunday working 9:00am - 5:30pm
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
  
  
• Building rapport and understanding each customer's individual needs whilst recommending the most suitable products and solutions.
  
  
• Explaining product features, benefits, pricing and available options.
  
  
• Guiding customers through the sales journey from enquiry to purchase.
  
  
• Processing payments and assisting customers with credit applications and finance options.
  
  
• Providing an excellent customer experience.
  
  
• Working towards and achieving sales and performance targets.
  
  
• Keeping customer information accurate and up to date across multiple systems.
