Why You'll Love This Role:

As Inbound Supervisor at our Distribution Centre in Hastings, you'llbe right in the action, leading our inbound and reverse logistics team to keepproduct moving safely, accurately, and on time. You'll be the calm, decisivepresence that sets priorities, coaches the team, and drives operationalexcellence.

This is a hands on leadership role with real ownershipyou'll see the impact of your decisions every day, while working with asupportive team and contributing to the success of our dynamic retail brands.

Location: Distribution Centre,Hastings area
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

What You'll Do

• Lead & engage yourteam:Coach, mentor, provide feedback, celebrate wins, manage performancereviews, support recruitment, and foster a high performing culture.
• Drive operationalexcellence:Oversee inbound and reverse logistics, allocate work, set daily plans, andensure safe, accurate, and timely processing of stock.
• Health, safety &compliance:Promote a strong safety culture, maintain hygiene and security, ensure MPIcompliance, and follow all legal and operational procedures.
• Manage containermovement & devanning: Work with freight and transport partners to optimisecontainer flow and productivity.
• Ensure stock accuracy& put away efficiency: Oversee receipting, investigate discrepancies, andmaintain optimal storage and pick face locations.
• Labour & payrolloversight:Plan and allocate labour efficiently, manage payroll tasks, and maintaincost control.
• KPI & financialaccountability:Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and cost per unit; implementimprovements to enhance efficiency and service.
• Continuous improvement: Lead CI initiatives andsupport peak planning to ensure processes remain efficient and effective.
  

What You'll Bring

• Proven leadershipexperience, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong understanding ofwarehouse procedures, systems, and best practice
• Ability to lead teamssafely, accurately, and efficiently
• Confidence withreporting, computer systems, and stakeholder communication
• Strong problem-solving,multitasking, and adaptability in a fast paced environment
• People leadershipskills: coaching, performance management, engagement, and accountability
• Knowledge of MPIcompliance and processes
• Experience with ERP orWMS systems
• Inbound and reverselogistics management experience
• Container managementexperience
