Inbound Goods In Team Lead, Ops & Improvement

Fluid Water Group in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Team Leader - Goods In to lead the day-to-day inbound operation. You'll supervise the Goods In team, ensure deliveries are received, inspected and processed efficiently, and maintain accurate stock records.

Working cross-functionally with Purchasing, Customer Service and Quality teams, you will drive continuous improvement, develop SOPs, manage holidays and safety, and operate warehouse equipment as required.
