Inbound Customer Care Advisor

Affinity Water in Hatfield is seeking Customer Advisors to take inbound calls and assist customers with queries. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.

No prior call centre experience is needed as full training will be provided. The position involves working 37 hours weekly across a variety of shift patterns including weekdays and weekends.
