In-Store Training Leader - Luxury Client Experience

Prada Group is seeking an In-Store Training Manager for Selfridges in England, United Kingdom. The role is based in-store with regular on-site presence, leading training initiatives to elevate client experience and product knowledge across the luxury brand portfolio.

You will collaborate with Store Leadership to cascade training content on Brand, Client Journey and Product knowledge, while fostering a self-learning culture and coaching the shop floor to maximize selling skills and clienteling.
