In-Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Inspire & Deliver Excellence

Southern Co-op in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader for our Verwood store. This part-time role (18 hours across 2 days) focuses on energising the team, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. You'll lead by example, develop colleagues, and help ensure the store runs safely and smoothly. No prior management experience required-full training is provided to help you succeed and grow with the business.
