In-Store Customer Experience Leader

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for the Huntingdon store. You will oversee the end-to-end customer experience from checkout to back of house, and manage front-end operations including petrol station where applicable.

You will lead a team, drive KPIs, handle disciplinary matters when needed, and ensure staff are directed and supported to meet customer commitments. The role is permanent and based in Huntingdon.
