In-Store Cleaning Manager - Own Site, Permanent, 35h

Thorn Baker Facilities Management in Stroud is seeking an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to lead a small team and manage daily cleaning operations at a busy retail site. You will take ownership of the site, ensure consistently high standards and work hands-on as needed.

The role offers a permanent position with a fixed schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 4:00am - 11:00am (35 hours per week). Prior retail cleaning experience and strong leadership are essential.
