Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking an In Room Dining Manager to join the pre-opening team for this luxury hotel opening later this year.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.

Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world's most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Responsibilities

We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional five-star guest experience, consistently upholding the world-class service standards recognised by Forbes.

• Lead the In-Room Dining operation with clear, inspiring leadership to the Room Service team, driving operational excellence and supporting professional growth
• Ensure full compliance with brand standards, service protocols, and quality expectations
• Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay attuned to culinary and service trends, contributing ideas to elevate the range, presentation, and quality of F&B offerings
• Drive revenue optimization while maintaining disciplined cost control and identifying opportunities for efficiency
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and short- and long-term departmental objectives
• Partner with Learning & Development to ensure structured training through comprehensive training calendars
• Maintain a robust internal control environment, ensuring compliance with hotel and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar in-room dining or F&B leadership role
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• A positive, composed, and solution-focused attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform consistently under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Impeccable grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations

Additional capabilities

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry
• Experience managing payroll, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Strong commercial awareness and industry knowledge
