Every interaction matters, and behind each seamless delivery is a calm, organised, and service driven team.Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team and support the delivery of exceptional in room dining experiences for our guests.The roleAs In Room Dining Coordinator, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of In Room Dining. Acting as the central point of communication, you will receive and manage guest orders via telephone and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a warm, professional service at all times.You will work closely with the kitchen, service teams, and management to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time, while maintaining Four Seasons standards for quality, care, and attention to detail.This role requires the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and a calm, professional approach.
