In-House Tech & IP Counsel - Commercial Deals

Civica is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Group Legal team. You will mentor and develop autonomy while owning your own work, gaining exposure to senior legal leaders and commercial decision-making.

Based in the UK, you will draft and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, advise on IP and data protection, and support governance, procurement and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, global business.
