Job Description
W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is working with a leading international SaaS business to appoint a commercially focused UK Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal team. You will own a broad range of commercial and strategic legal matters, including leading negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales with at least five years of relevant commercial legal experience, preferably with in-house SaaS exposure.
