In-House Recruitment Advisor End-to-End Hiring

Brightwork Limited is seeking a Recruitment Advisor in Bellshill to join an in-house team on an ongoing temporary basis. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to appointment across a variety of roles, working closely with hiring managers and external partners.

The role is predominantly on-site (4 days a week) in Bellshill. The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience or strong administration skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering a
