In-House Property & Commercial Counsel

Nucleus Financial is seeking a self-sufficient property lawyer to join our in-house Legal team, focusing on SIPP and SSAS property matters, panel solicitor management, corporate property support, and related compliance in a regulated financial services environment.

The role requires managing your own workload, advising business stakeholders directly, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and developing broader commercial legal capability while aligning with the Group's risk appetite.
