In-House Deals Counsel - Private Credit

Our Client, a global alternative investment manager, is looking for a strong deals counsel to join their London based team and cover a broad private credit brief. This role comes at a time of sustained growth at the organisation and will give great exposure to mature and emerging EMEA markets.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable track record in a ranked Banking & Finance or Leverage Finance practice
• Minimum 3-7 PQE
• Exposure to emerging markets financing highly desirable
• In-house experience highly desirable, not mandatory
• Right to work in the UK
