In-House Counsel: Real Estate Asset Manager (EMEA)

A global real estate investment firm is seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate or in-house Counsel to join their London team. This role includes various responsibilities such as managing incorporations, restructurings, and tax structuring across EMEA business units. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of PQE with experience in real estate, private credit, or private equity. Mentoring junior associates is desirable, but not mandatory.
